ABOUT original paintings

A: Yes! Every original painting includes a signed and dated Certificate of Authenticity with the title, creation date, and medium — your personal proof that this is a one-of-a-kind piece.

Q: Will my original painting come with documentation?

A: I personally oversee packaging to ensure it arrives safely. Each piece is wrapped in protective materials, placed in a sturdy box, and shipped fully insured. U.S. orders over $100 ship free; international shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Q: How will my original painting be shipped?

A: Yes! Custom framing is available upon request for an additional fee. I collaborate with local artisans to select frames that complement the work beautifully. If you prefer, the painting will arrive gallery-wired and ready for framing in your own style.

Q: Do you offer framing for originals?

A: I want you to love your artwork. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, reach out within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll work together to find a solution.

Q: What if I’m not satisfied with my painting?

ABOUT limited edition prints

A: All limited edition prints are produced using archival inks on fine art paper — designed to honor the texture, richness, and detail of the original artwork.

Q: How are the prints made?

A: Yes! Each print is hand-signed and numbered by me, and includes a certificate of authenticity.

Q: Are prints signed and numbered?

A: Currently, prints are shipped unframed so you can choose the perfect frame for your space.

Q: Do you offer framing for prints?

A: Prints are made-to-order and typically ship within 7–10 business days. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as it’s on the way.

Q: How long will my order take?

A: Oh no! If your print arrives damaged, please email me within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and I’ll make it right.

Q: What if my print arrives damaged?

A: Yes, I ship worldwide! International customers are responsible for customs fees and import taxes where applicable.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: I’m currently accepting select commissions — Check out my OFFERINGS page, or use the contact form if you’d like to discuss something custom and meaningful.

Q: Can I request a custom piece?

SHIPPING
and RETURNS

All original artwork and limited edition prints are carefully packaged with the utmost care and attention. Each piece is wrapped in protective materials, placed in a sturdy box, and shipped fully insured.

Domestic (U.S.) Orders:
Enjoy free shipping on orders over $100. Orders under $100 will have shipping calculated at checkout.

International Orders:
I do ship worldwide! International shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the collector. Please note that customs fees or import taxes may apply and are not included in your order total.

Processing Time:
Original works ship within 5–7 business days (unless discussed beforehand). Limited edition prints are made to order and ship within 7–10 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation and tracking email once your order is on its way.


✦ Shipping

Because of the nature of my work, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or cancellations on original paintings or prints after they have been shipped. (Please contact me immediately if you would like to cancel your order BEFORE it has shipped)

However — if your piece arrives damaged or something is amiss, please reach out to me  HERE within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging and artwork, along with your order number. I will personally work with you to help rectify the situation.

Intellectual Property:
All artwork, designs, and written content are the sole intellectual property of Kristin McGraw and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

Pricing & Availability:
Prices are subject to change without notice. I reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

Custom Work:
All commissioned pieces are final sale. No returns or exchanges are accepted on custom work. Regardless of completion of project, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. 

Order Fulfillment:
All items are packaged with care and shipped with tracking and insurance. The Artist is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Limitation of Liability:
Kristin McGraw is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of products purchased.

Dispute Resolution:
In the event of any dispute or legal issue arising, both parties agree to first seek resolution through good-faith negotiation and mediation. If these efforts fail, arbitration will be pursued as the final course of action.

Governing Law:
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Illinois.
